/   MMABC MEMBERSHIP CATEGORIES   /

A regular member is an individual who is:
a) An athlete, coach, referee, official, or other person who participates in amateur Mixed Martial Arts, and
b) 19 years of age or older
* All members have the right to notice of, to attend, and to speak at general meetings. Only Regular Members and Honorary Members have the right to vote.

A junior member is an individual who is:
a) An athlete, coach, referee, official, or other person who participates in amateur Mixed Martial Arts, and
b) Under 19 years of age
* All members have the right to notice of, to attend, and to speak at general meetings. Only Regular Members and Honorary Members have the right to vote.

A Club member is an association, whether or not incorporated, that is:
a) Made up of athletes, coaches, referees, officials and supporters and
b) Formed for the purpose of advancing amateur Mixed Martial Arts in British Columbia
* All members have the right to notice of, to attend, and to speak at general meetings. Only Regular Members and Honorary Members have the right to vote.

An associate member is:
a) A corporation, association, or other organization that supports the goals of the Association, or
b) A person, corporation, or association that organizes and promotes mixed martial arts competitions
* All members have the right to notice of, to attend, and to speak at general meetings. Only Regular Members and Honorary Members have the right to vote.

An honorary member is:
a) An individual who has performed extraordinary service to the Association or to amateur mixed martial arts in British Columbia, or both, and
b) Appointed by resolution of the Board.
* All members have the right to notice of, to attend, and to speak at general meetings. Only Regular Members and Honorary Members have the right to vote.
